The Candy Cane Dash is one of the favorite family runs in Frederick, Md. With the current pandemic, they've gone virtual so you can run, hop, or skip your 5k anywhere and anytime you want. The elves are hard at work churning out your swag -including race medals that double as Christmas tree ornaments. This event benefits Girls on the Run of Mid and Western Maryland.

Beginner Runner Training Plans
