Winter Moves Challenge
From the first day of winter to the last, Winter Moves is your answer to staying active, connected and healthy.
Run, walk, hike, fat tire bike, snowshoe, cross country, skate and downhill ski your way right into Spring, all while supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region.
These times are testing many aspects of everyone's lives and Run Calgary has created the Winter Moves Challenge to get everyone through the next 3 months of winter by staying active and connected. This isn't about how far you can go or how hard you can push yourself; the intention behind Winter Moves is to get you out to enjoy winter, all while keeping your body and mind healthy.
To join, you must commit to a 5 hours of weekly outdoor activity -- the equivalent of 80 hours' activity to be done in 90 days.
