Bong State Recreation Area is the home of the Meraki Trail Adventure and Dirty Dog Dare! The 3.5-mile trail loop has some rolling hills that traverse around Wolf Lake -- very scenic and mostly double-wide trails.
Distances for this event: 3.5, 7, 10.5, or 14 miles. There also is a 14-mile 2-3 or 4-person relay option. The relay option could be the perfect solution for running partners with children to alternate running and watching the little ones!
Runners/Walkers/Hobblers you are welcome to enter the 3.5 or 7-mile events with or without a dog and 10.5 and 14-mile options are for runners only with or without a dog.
