Sunset Beach is a beautiful coastal island in SE North Carolina with a beautiful waterfront park, shaded golf course communities, an incredible bridge over the intracoastal waterway and unforgettable oceanfront views on the island! The event features a half marathon, 5K & 1 Mile. Sunset Beach is ranked one of the top beaches in the World by National Geographic!
