Miles for Migraine will host its annual 2-mile Walk (or Intentional Movement of your choice), 5K run and relax Winston-Salem Event at Salem Lake Park. This event fundraises for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. Cash prizes for 5K overall winners and by age group for men and women.
