Like the mighty salmon pushing forward on its epic journey, Lay It Out Events continues this Bend tradition, kicking off the season in style with all-new courses at the beautiful Pronghorn Resort. Choose your distance -- Half Marathon, 10K or 5K! The sweet smell of sage beckons you to the high desert to enjoy a little R&R at the resort while killin’ it out on the trail. Make a weekend of it with friends — there’s a distance and view for everyone.

Run Pick of the Month - Astoria Run on the River
Get a unique locally made, stamped glass finisher medal on May 11, 2024.
Run on the River is Astoria's premier half marathon, 10k, and 5k. You can expect for take in beautiful views of the Columbia River on the fast, and flat course along the Astoria river walk.
Couple more things that we think make this run worth checking out; all finishers earn a hand blown glass medal from Fern Hill Glass Studio, and, the race finishes up at the Buoy Beer lager festival (craft beer and food carts!).
