Race Information

Mud Hero is one of Canada's most popular obstacle course race series. Participants get to work their way through a 6km (ish) course with 18 + obstacles. Expect a lot of mud, and a variety of challenges, but no electric shocks or burpees ;)

If you're looking for a bit more of a challenge, this event offers an Ultra 10K option which features a longer course, and a number of additional obstacles.

Kids can also participate in the Mud Hero Kids course that features downsized versions of the adult course.

Downhill, point to point marathon happening in May, 2026.

If you are looking for a downhill Boston Qualifying course you may want to consider the Toronto Marathon.

This race features a certified course that finishes at Exhibition Place on Toronto's lake shore. 18,000+ runners from 72 countries participated in the 2024 event across the marathon, half, 10k, and 5k distances.
