UCCS researchers recruiting women runners and cyclists for a study evaluating how fasted exercise influences menstrual cycle health.
What You Get:

🍏 Consultation with a Registered Sports Dietitian
What Is Required:
Monitor your urine hormones, diet, and physical activity for 3 months at-home.
Complete an initial lab visit + 3 x 90 min exercise sessions in-person.
Who Qualifies? Females age 18–40 who run or cycle 3+ times a week and have regular cycles.
