Join a festival of road running at Run with the REDS! All proceeds from the event will go towards the UNB Reds Cross Country and Track and Field Program and Kid Sport New Brunswick. ​All participants will receive race swag and entered in a draw for amazing prizes from our sponsors.

The event happens at the Fredericton trail system, a flat and fast course. A virtual option is also available for those who can't make it to the in-person race.

Beginner Runner Training Plans

Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!

In 3 workouts of 30 minutes or less per week, None to Run will take you from ground zero to running comfortably for 25 minutes straight.
