One of the city's premier races, the San Diego Half Marathon is an extremely popular, scenic half marathon and 5k run that happens right in the city each year. Participants can expect a destination worthy course that will take them through downtown San Diego, and along sections of waterfront.
The run regulalry attracts a large field of runners from complete beginners to world class athletes, and has a cap of 7,500 partiticipants. Runners have the option of the half marathon, half marathon relay, or 5k
