Corporate Dash is more than just a 5K but a celebration of wellness and activity among San Diego businesses and their employees. Companies will join in teams of at least four participants and walk, jog, or race the 5K course. Following the run, the celebration will begin! There will be a massive craft beer garden, food and live music into the night.

Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
