Partnering with local treatment and research facilities in cities across the United States, SFA raises money to fund research on both the local and national levels. The Race to Cure Sarcoma also creates awareness for the disease and helps to promote a sense of community amongst those whose lives have been impacted by sarcoma.

Beginner Runner Training Plan

Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!

The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).

None to Run is different from most beginner plans:

  • Focuses on running time. NOT distance or pace.
  • Includes simple strength and mobility workouts. No equipment required.
  • Progresses slowly to decrease the chances of getting injured.

If you can't currently run for more than 5-minutes straight without stopping to catch your breath, you're in the right place.

Thousands of people have already used the None to Run plan to finally become the runner they’ve always wanted to be.
