This race features fun for the whole family! The Irish are on a bye week, and their current students are home for fall break so please plan to come on out for their outdoor fall festival starting immediately after the race activities and open to all ND Philly club members, friends and family. The festival will feature local food trucks, drinks, music, giveaways and games for people of all ages. The Phighting Irish 5K honors the life and legacy of Rachel Gernerd, a passionate and dedicated ND Philly club leader who chaired the 5K race committee for many years.

Beginner Runner Training Plan

Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
