Resolute Runner 5k
Kick-off the year by running/walking the Resolute Runner 5k! All ages, fitness levels, and abilities are welcome to celebrate New Year's Day on foot! A true holiday celebration would not be the same without your loved ones, so make sure to share this event with family and friends as EARLY as possible! Groups of 5 or more get special team pricing! The race partners with Community Table, a non-profit. 3W continuously encourages the '3W' motto ("Do What you can, When you can, Where you are") to HELP neighbors in their local community. Please consider donating to their mission.

Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
- Focuses on running time. NOT distance or pace.
- Includes simple strength and mobility workouts. No equipment required.
- Progresses slowly to decrease the chances of getting injured.
If you can't currently run for more than 5-minutes straight without stopping to catch your breath, you're in the right place.
