The Striders Winter Race Circuit training series keeps you motivated during the cold winter months and prepares you to run either a full or half marathon come springtime. The series consists of 5 fully supported races with short course options available to help you tailor your training plan to your specific goals. The series includes professional timing (30K is a hosted event only), recovery products at every finish line, an extremely soft long sleeve shirt, and finishers medal at the Half Marathon (Ogden’s Other Half). The Striders Winter Race Circuit is the official training series of the Ogden Marathon but can be used to train for any springtime running event!

Beginner Runner Training Plan

Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!

The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
