Open to athletes of all levels, this event is for those that are looking for an arena to find that outer limit and to see what can be achieved when set loose on a course for 24 hours.

Beginner Runner Training Plans

Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
