Everyone's warming up for the annual Apryle Showers Run, Florida’s fastest 10K in Ponte Vedra (Nocatee), FL. The 6.2-mile loop is a great course for runners of all levels, and proceeds benefit the Apryle Showers Foundation, which aims to restore hope for families living with all types of cancer. Along with the usual 10K age divisions, there will be a Ruck Division and a 10K relay format!
