Whether it is the 4-Mile Run or Walk, 1-Mile Run/Walk or Kids K, there is an event to jump start your 4th of July celebrations. Great t-shirts including age group and overall awards and fun! Proceeds from the event benefit RunFit afterschool youth running programs and the RunFit Fifteen and Fit youth running and fitness school-based programs all in the effort of helping to combat childhood obesity and keeping children fit.
