2026 Running with a Mission

Race Information

Join The City Mission for Running with a Mission at beautiful Edgewater Park—a family-friendly event filled with purpose and fun! Enjoy a scenic 5K run or a 1-mile walk. This event is open to all ages and abilities, and also features a Kids Dash where every child gets a medal. There will be plenty of free activities, including face painting, caricature artists, princess appearances, family games, and more. It’s dog-friendly, too, so bring your furry friends! Guardian’s Hot Dogs will kick off the event and be available for photos with families. All proceeds support women, men, and children working to break the cycle of poverty. Come run, walk, or play—every step makes a difference!
