Before the 5K enjoy a free 200m Ditch Dash for kids 8 and under. Then scamper along the Canal โ€“ whether thatโ€™s running, walking or strolling โ€“ with a smile on your face, and celebrate post-race at the Canal Summer Fest with food, drinks and live music. There will also be summer nature themed fun for all ages. Itโ€™s the perfect way to cap off a wonderful summer evening.

The event is hosted by and benefits the High Line Canal Conservancy which works to preserve, protect, and enhance the 71-mile High Line Canal. Gather your friends and family to scamper into summer while doing your part to ensure the Canal is enhanced for generations to come!
