There is a lot more to the day than the 10K. It’s part run, walk, parade, costume party, pro-race, sponsor expo, and it ends with the largest Memorial Day Tribute in the country inside the University of Colorado’s Folsom Field. The ceremony honors all of those who have given their lives in military service to our country.
The course is over a mile above sea level and winds through Boulder’s neighborhoods and finishes at the University of Colorado’s Folsom Field. The course is packed full of energy, with dancers, music, and entertainment around every corner. As a spectator, you get to watch some of the world’s best runners compete for one of the largest prize purses in the world. Stay for the afternoon or weekend to take full advantage of everything beautiful Boulder, CO has to offer.
