Spartan Stadion is a 5km, 20 obstacle race through the world’s most famous pro sports stadiums. In this modern twist on an ancient Greek tradition, competitors race through every inch of the stadiums and get a unique behind-the-scenes look at where their favorite pro athletes play. Drawing on functional fitness training, the Stadion is a mud-free test of speed, strength and willpower that everyone from beginners to experts will enjoy.

Beginner Runner Training Plans
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
In 3 workouts of 30 minutes or less per week, None to Run will take you from ground zero to running comfortably for 25 minutes straight.
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
- Focuses on running time. NOT distance or pace.

- Progresses slowly to decrease the chances of getting injured.
