ATL Butterfly Run 5K
The Butterfly Run ATL 5K race raises funds for The Amber Brown Family Support Fund benefiting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
The Support Fund was established in 2007 after Chris and Lisa Brown lost their daughter, Amber Kate. The people and staff at Children’s provided the best care and services for Amber and her family and their goal is that no one has to suffer the loss of a child again. And yet, if there is a need for bereavement or palliative services, this fund is able to provide the best possible care and support. Please join them for this race! They promise a great race rain or shine, prizes, race swag, and fun for the whole family!

Beginner Runner Training Plans
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
In 3 workouts of 30 minutes or less per week, None to Run will take you from ground zero to running comfortably for 25 minutes straight.
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
- Focuses on running time. NOT distance or pace.
- Includes simple strength and mobility workouts. No equipment required.
- Progresses slowly to decrease the chances of getting injured.
If you can't currently run for more than 5-minutes straight without stopping to catch your breath, you're in the right place.
Thousands of people have already used the None to Run plan to finally become the runner they’ve always wanted to be.
