Race Information

Kick-off your summer in a meaningful way by joining Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) for a weekend-long running series taking place over Memorial Day Weekend. The race weekend starts with a one-mile challenge on Friday, followed by a 5K on Saturday, and concluding with a 10K on Sunday. Participants up for a challenge can participate in all three levels in the series, or you may select any one distance to walk or run on any of the dates. There’s an option for everyone, from avid walkers to dedicated runners, and every step takes kids with cancer closer to cures. Participants at all levels can log their times online to share during the event weekend.

Prevent Injury & Run Your Best

One of the biggest training mistakes runners make is leaving recovery to chance.

Running demands a lot from our bodies, if we’re not keeping up with maintenance, then it will eventually break down.

The best way to prevent injury while training for an event is with targeted mobility and strength work.

Our friends at Dynamic Runner have created easy to follow routines, 15 - 20 minutes in length, that will keep you running pain free all the way to the finish line.
