Ben's Memorial Mile & Community/Music Festival is an annual event that hosts one-mile, timed road races in downtown Downers Grove, followed by a community festival at Fishel Park with live music, kids' activities, concessions, raffles, fitness booths, and mental-health resources. Ben's Memorial Mile is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to raise money and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention in honor of Ben Silver.
