The Lorne Mountain to Surf is an 8km fun run starting in Lorne, continues through the forest and then along the Great Ocean Road, and finishes at the Lorne Surf Life Saving Club.

Lorne Surf Life Saving Club is famous for hosting the largest ocean swim in the world, the iconic Lorne Pier to Pub ocean water swim, and the Lorne Mountain to Surf Run in January each year.  The Club was established in 1947 and is located in the beautiful coastal town of Lorne overlooking Loutitt Bay on Victoria’s scenic Great Ocean Road.
