The Charity Challenge Twisted Trails 5K Color Run
The course is a chip timed 5K with an untimed 1 mile option. Run, walk or crawl through beautiful forests and over twisted terrain, a portion of the trail spills onto the enchanting Voluntown Peace Trust and there is even a rocky stream crossing to test your fortitude! You will find other crazy challenges along the way - monkey bars, a tire obstacle, ball toss, crawl through, cargo net and more! The three Color Blaze stations will surprise and delight you and four awesome nonprofits will benefit from 100% of the net proceeds! Walk ons are welcome. Making a difference has never been so much fun! CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
Beginner Runner Training Plans
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
In 3 workouts of 30 minutes or less per week, None to Run will take you from ground zero to running comfortably for 25 minutes straight.
