The Spring Run-off is a beautiful run through High Park. It’s a fun opener to the spring racing season and a great pick for seasoned or newbie runners looking for a challenging course with some pretty spectacular scenery. If Mother Nature cooperates, the race date might even coincide with cherry blossom season in the park.

Beginner Runner Training Plan
