RELIF, in collaboration with Next Step Counseling, is proud to announce the First Responders 5k run/walk, a fun-filled event for the entire family to celebrate the mental health and wellness of first responders. Held consecutively with National Law Enforcement Suicide Awareness Day, this signature event promotes a trifecta of mental health, physical wellness, and community policing. Guests can expect live entertainment, celebrity appearances, a mental health fair, and expert fitness instruction. The proceeds support programs designed to educate and train local departments on mental health and its impact on first responders. Registration includes an event t-shirt and pre/post-race snacks.
