The Greene Labor Day Picnic Association, Inc. will be holding its annual celebration, including the Annual Greene Labor Day 5k Road Race this September. The proceeds of the race are used to benefit local community enrichment programs, including, but not limited to, education, fire companies, athletics, scouting, library, & senior citizens. The course is a wheel-measured 5-kilometer (3.1-mile) road race and is USATF-certified (NY17031JG). The race begins & ends at Lions Park in Greene and is chip-timed.
