The Frosty 5 is a fun-filled, timed road course that starts and ends in beautiful Hoffer Park. Participants will traverse the east side of historic Middletown, PA, Dauphin County. Proceeds benefit the Middletown Area Historical Society and their mission to COLLECT, PRESERVE and TEACH about the great history of Middletown, PA, Dauphin County's oldest community.
