Merrimack Parks & Recreation hosts the annual Naticook Challenge Obstacle Course Race 5k. It's a trail-based race that involves challenges for the other parts of your body (crawling, climbing, or hanging, for example). Don't let this scare you away, the obstacles are designed with beginners in mind and are achievable by most people, even kids.
