The Deerfield Veterinary Clinic Catamount 5K features a scenic route at the Deerfield Fairgrounds that includes dirt, gravel, and paved sections and is challenging enough for seasoned runners but also perfect for walkers and families — free swag for those who register before the cut-off. A children’s run for kids aged 8 and under is free. All proceeds benefit Catamount Womenaid, a nonprofit that provides emergency financial assistance to men, women, and children in Barnstead, Deerfield, Epsom, Northwood, Pittsfield, and Strafford, NH.
