Trinity 5000 Summer Series - Race 1

Fort Worth, Texas, United States

Jun 4, 2026 - Thursday

Race Information

It’s a summer tradition. Runners and race walkers from all over the Metroplex gather on Thursday evenings in downtown Fort Worth to run and walk 5,000 meters ( 5K or 3.1 miles). Whether you are a competitive runner, mid-pack runner, jogger, or walker, everyone has a good time.

See some old friends and make new ones. It’s the summer place for active people and way cooler than television reruns. It’s also a family event with a free 1k Kids Fun Run.

After the race, adults can meet informally under the trees for the infamous Arbor Society (formerly the Bridge Club). They don’t plant trees or collect leaves, but they socialize and exaggerate everyone's running abilities. Bring your lawn chair and cooler.
