Race for Warmth
Race Information
The Race for Warmth is an event that supports Operation Warm Heart, a Clark Public Utilities customer-funded program to help families in financial crisis pay heating bills.
Participation in the event helps raise awareness for Operation Warm Heart and all proceeds go to help local neighbors in need. The timed 10k run and 5k walk/run will both start and finish at the Clark Public Utilities downtown location.
A free race for kids ages 3-8 years old will kick off the event.
Run Pick of the Month - Portland Marathon
Run Rose City's signature premier running event with a marathon, half marathon, and 10K, happening October 5, 2025.
Enjoy a course with gorgeous views of Portland's waterfront, several bridge crossings, and a full tour of some of the city's most iconic landmarks!
Runners will score free race photos and highlight videos, event and sponsor swag - including race medals and event shirt, plus food and drinks at the Finish Line Festival, including a complimentary, Oregon-brewed beer (runners 21+ only).
