Race Information
Race for Catherine 5K for Kindness is a timed and certified 5K course, welcoming both serious runners and walkers. This fundraiser for the Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary honors the life and legacy of 6-year-old Catherine Violet Hubbard, a passionate animal lover lost in the Sandy Hook School tragedy. With all CVHAS programming, animals and creatures will start off the race and welcome all racers at Victory Village. Pet adoptions will also be at the race!
Each race registration includes a free breakfast buffet, racer shirt, finisher medal, drawstring bag, and sponsor gifts. Animal ambassadors will be at the race as well as pets available for adoptions. The race also offers a virtual option.
