The Freedom Run and America's Freedom Festival have become an Independence Day tradition in Provo. Runners can run in either the Freedom Run 10K, 5K or the Mayor’s one mile Fun Run. This annual event has become an integral part of Provo's Independence Day celebrations as thousands of participants at all levels and abilities join this invigorating event. As the race has improved each year, the number of runners has increased as well. From a few hundred to more than 6,000 the Freedom Run is an event you don't want to miss.
