Grab the family and celebrate Christmas Eve morning by joining Five Star NTP for a White Elephant Christmas 5K! You'll be running at Etowah River Park dressed in your best/ugliest Christmas costume and enjoying the Christmas season with them. Your White Elephant "Gift" will be swag from a prior race! Let them know what size, and you'll have a surprise. Shirts & finisher awards in the true White Elephant Fashion. Your "gift" will be wrapped and ready for you after you cross the finish line! In the spirit of giving, all participants will receive a white elephant finisher medal! =) So come out and join them for some festive fun!

Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
