The Lake Tahoe Relay is a 7-person, 72-mile relay around beautiful Lake Tahoe. It's the oldest running relay in the United States and offers many categories (open, mixed, men, women, corporate and high school).

The course runs counterclockwise around the lake, and racers start and finish in South Lake Tahoe.

In addition to the team runs, the race also offers a solo 72-mile ultra-marathon and the 2-person 72-mile relay, with each member running 36 miles alternating legs on an as-needed based on team dynamics.
