Race Information

Run, walk or wheel through central Phoenix! The Half Marathon, 10K and 5K are street courses with minimal elevation changes. Like the 10K and 5K, the Half Marathon is a fast, flat course perfect for a PR (Personal Record or Personal Best), making it an ideal training run for the Boston Marathon.

The courses are sports stroller, running chair, handcycle, sports wheelchair, walker, and cane friendly but are not pet-friendly. Well behaved leashed pets are welcome at the expo. As a participant, 21 years of age or older, your first beer is free. You will want to make sure you plan to enjoy the expo party with a fun atmosphere, entertainment, and exhibitors.

Prevent Injury & Run Your Best

One of the biggest training mistakes runners make is leaving recovery to chance.

Running demands a lot from our bodies, if we’re not keeping up with maintenance, then it will eventually break down.

The best way to prevent injury while training for an event is with targeted mobility and strength work.

Our friends at Dynamic Runner have created easy to follow routines, 15 - 20 minutes in length, that will keep you running pain free all the way to the finish line.
