Boxers & Briefs 5k
Join other participants and House 6 Brewing Co. for a run in your skivves! That's right, get creative and plan to join them for 3.1 miles of running in your boxers and your briefs, over your clothes, just as your clothes, under your clothes.
The race will start and finish at House 6 Brewing Co. and offer the opportunity to add a specialty beer from their tap to your race registration. Participants will receive a pair of custom fun boxers and their Boxers & Briefs 5k medal! The 5k will start from House 6 Brewing Co (44427 Atwater Drive) in Ashburn, VA.
Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
- Focuses on running time. NOT distance or pace.
- Includes simple strength and mobility workouts. No equipment required.
- Progresses slowly to decrease the chances of getting injured.
