3-2-1 Dash for Down Syndrome
Race Information
3-2-1 Dash for Down Syndrome...the only 5K with TWO finish lines!
People with Down syndrome have an extra copy of the 21st chromosome......that's 3 copies of 21, and that's why they celebrate World Down Syndrome Day on 3/21.
This race has a little something extra. Cross the official 5K finish line, then go on to dash across the EXTRA finish line to celebrate the little something extra in people with Down syndrome!
Runners will be cheered on by spectators and dashers with Down syndrome as they cross the second finish line.
