2027 Queen of Prussia 10K | King of Prussia

Race Information

The Queen of Prussia 10K presented by Main Line Health is an all women's, high quality, running event. The race will begin and end at King of Prussia's Town Center, where outdoor shopping, dining, and now running meet.

They have both a 10K and 5K option, as well as a virtual option for those who cannot join us in person. The Kids Fun Run presented by Nemours Children's Health will follow the women's events.

This is a race for women, organized BY local women. Every detail will be taken care of to ensure a memorable day for you and your BRFs (best running friends).
