The FreshPicks Cherry Blossom Run is a beautiful run through Rowley & Hawkins Fruit Farms, located near Basin City, Washington. The race features 1 mile, 5k, and 10K courses through the gravel/dirt farm roads and rows of orchards. The courses are designed for participants of all ages, kids, and families. Each participant will get a medal and a t-shirt.
This is a family fun run. It is intended to help everyone get out and enjoy some of the beauties of nature. Running strollers to carry the little ones is perfectly acceptable. You are more than welcome to run, jog, or walk at your own pace. For those participants or family members/supporters who are unable to run, there is a hay ride to take you around through the blossoms as well. The owner's family has been farming for 7 generations, and they're excited to share the beautiful blossoms with you!
