Race Information
The Fast & Furriest race benefits all-breed rescue, Operation Paws for Homes. The course is fully contained within the Heritage Farm Park's grounds in Walkersville, MD -- no traffic, crossroads, etc., and mostly flat. Except for a few short gravel sections, the race is run entirely on a paved path.
The 5K (with or without your dog) is a timed race. The 1-mile walk is not timed. The race also offers a virtual option.
