FONA Summer 5K
Race Information
Enjoy the U.S. National Arboretum in full summer swing while you run or walk the 5K race course.
This race will take you past garden collections in bloom, over tree-lined rolling hills, and along streams winding their way to the Anacostia River. This race is not only scenic but also safe and secure. All roads are closed to cars during this race so you can safely enjoy running or walking through this 451-acre urban green space. Strollers and dogs are welcome, but dogs must stay on a 5' non-retractable leash. Register early to receive early-bird pricing and a race shirt. After the cut-off date, standard registration will apply, and your participation fee will not include a shirt.
