Do Good Multnomah's Ruck March
Race Information
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Do Good is doing its part to "ruck" and support Veteran's mental health.
In the military, a ruck—short for "rucksack"—is a timed march while carrying one’s essential gear. Veterans, active duty members, and civilian community members continue to load up for ruck marches to raise awareness or remember fallen friends and colleagues. It’s Do Good Multnomah's favorite outdoor fundraiser of the year, and they hope you'll come & show your support on Memorial Day. There are 3, 6, and 12-mile routes available. Join them for the Do Good Annual Ruck March for Veteran's Mental Health.
