Whether you run or walk, you’ll enjoy the flat, paved pedestrian trails of Cass Park and the Treman Marina as you catch a breeze off the lake and look for ospreys flying overhead. With few road crossings and chip timing, it’s a perfect 5K race for all ages and abilities.
