Get Rudolph & the rest of the reindeers ready for delivery day with the Phoenix Run Run Rudolph Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon, 5K, and Reindeer Dash! The course will take you through dedicated running trails (all asphalt and concrete) of the New River Trail System, starting and ending at Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria.

Beginner Runner Training Plan
Are you looking to become a runner for the first time? Coming back to running after a hiatus? Our friends at None to Run have created a gradual training plan for beginner runners!
The None to Run Beginner Plan is super gradual and achievable, no matter your starting point. In 12 weeks, you’ll be able to run 25 minutes non-stop (and actually enjoy it).
None to Run is different from most beginner plans:
