The course runs along the riverside from Richmond towards Kingston and back with views of the river for most of the way. It's a fast, flat run with a mix of paved paths and trails. Participants will receive a medal, instant chip timing, drinks, snacks and other goodies from the organisers.
The events support Brain Tumour Charity which invests in forward-thinking research and more specialist support services.
